1. Introduction

Welcome to cyberlit, a platform hosted at the domain cyberlit.pro and operated from ETH Zurich. We offer IT security and digital literacy courses for professionals. By enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Services

Our services include live training sessions, workshops and support materials. Access is granted upon enrollment and subject to compliance with these terms.

3. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment is completed once payment is confirmed. Access credentials for digital materials are provided via email. For live events, we will send confirmation details at least 3 days before the scheduled date.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

For live training courses and workshops, requests for reimbursement must be made at least 10 days before the start date. We will process approved reimbursements via the original payment channel within 14 working days of confirmation. If you cancel less than 10 days before, no reimbursement is available due to resource allocation.

4.2 Info Products

For pre-recorded courses and downloadable materials, you may request reimbursement within 7 days of access if fewer than 10% of the content has been consumed. Approved requests will be processed within 14 working days. No request is accepted after this period or once consumption exceeds the limit.

4.3 Goods

For any physical materials or merchandise, you may request reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if items are defective or unused and in original packaging. After we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue reimbursement within 14 working days. Shipping fees are not covered.

5. Scheduling and Transfers

You may transfer your spot in a live course to another date at least 7 days before the event without any charge. To arrange a transfer, please contact us via our contact form.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials and trademarks remain the property of cyberlit. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.
